2 cups instant white rice
2 1/2 cups chicken broth
1 cup water
1 tablespoon margarine or butter
angel hair spaghetti or vermicelli
- melt butter in saucepan
- break the spaghetti/vermicelli into smaller pieces
- brown the rice and vermicelli
- add the broth and water
- cover and remove from heat
- let stand until liquid id absorbed
