Chicken
Lettuce
Sliced Almonds
Strawberries
Dried Cranberries
Poppyseed Dressing
1. Cook some chicken and cut it into smaller pieces. I made mine in a skillet, but you could bake them or buy the precooked chicken I used in the Taco recipe.
2. I used the lettuce that comes in the bags, Italian blend. Put it on your plate (or bowl).
3. Cut up the strawberries, and add them to the salad.
4. Add the almonds, and cranberries, then the chicken.
5. Warm up some of the dressing for a few seconds, and pour it over the salad.
There you go! Enjoy!
